Rates/Policies

Room Rates 
Low Season  (April 15 - November 14) $1800 per month
High Season (November 15 - April 14) $2500 per month

• Rates are subject to change.
• Rental prices do not include rental car or airfare.
• 1 mid month house keeping services is included.
• Extra Housekeeping service can be added for an additional $90 per service.
• Extra Linen Service can be added for an additional $45 per service.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty of up to 50% of the total reservation plus transaction fees. Cancellations from 30 days prior to arrival date through arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty of up to 100% of paid reservation. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. 

Arrival/Departure Times
Arrival is after 3:00 pm. Departure time is 11:00 am.
Please adhere to these arrival and departure times, as we must allow time for housekeeping to clean the units between guests.  

Deposit
A damage deposit may be required for stays of longer than 1 week.  After departure, if any damage occurs, it will be itemized and deducted from the deposit and will be returned with deposit to the guest within 30 days of departure.
